H.E. Mr. Saida Shinichi, the newly appointed Ambassador of Japan to Bangladesh, paid a courtesy call on with Lieutenant General S M Kamrul Hassan, the Principal Staff Officer (PSO) of the Bangladesh Armed Forces Division (AFD), on 03 March 2025 at Dhaka Cantonment. PSO AFD conveyed his best wishes to H.E. Mr. Saida Shinichi for his new role as Japan’s Ambassador to Bangladesh. During the discussion, both of them agreed to strengthen bilateral defence relations and cooperation.
