Brigadier General Sarah Helen Russ, Head of Delegation, 12th Bangladesh (BD)-United States of America (US) Bilateral Defence Dialogue made a courtesy ‘Call On’ with the Principal Staff Officer (PSO) of Bangladesh Armed Forces Division (AFD), Lieutenant General S M Kamrul Hassan on 10 December 2025 at Dhaka Cantonment prior to the 12^th BD-US Bilateral Defence Dialogue. During the meeting, they discussed to strengthen bilateral defence cooperation and mutual interests between two countries.
